Sr. Project Lead (IT) needed in Troy, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the US to monitor overall health of projects and provide feedback on any risks associated with projects. Review documents and perform QA activities to ensure quality of deliverables for each phase. Gather requirements by attending calls with business partners, and create requirement and use case documents. Work with Architects and technical teams to design new application enhancements. Work on various design deliverables and ensure all design objects created meet client and Syntel technical standards. Perform release management tasks for monthly production application releases. Develop PEGA application and remain responsible until production launch, including analysis, design, planning, development, unit testing, and implementation. PEGA code review for team to ensure code quality, launch PEGA automation, and PEGA infrastructure building activities. Implement PEGA-BIX and handle new requirements and related defect fixes. Design Access Group, Access Roles, and Privileges to provide sufficient security for application. Create separate portal for Infrastructure team and automate tasks using PEGA. Replace SharePoint with PEGA code move automation process with necessary governance process and email notifications. Must have a Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, plus one year of IT experience. The one year of IT experience must include experience using PEGA PRPC and Oracle DB. In lieu of the above education and experience requirements, we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, plus five years of progressive post-bachelor’s IT experience. One year of the five years must include experience using PEGA PRPC and Oracle DB. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation required, to be reimbursed by employer.
