Business Analyst needed in Troy, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the US to understand business environment and impacting constituents, and translate same for Technical Team. Map business workflow, and detect/incorporate additional areas that will result in robust IT system architecture. Ensure quality standards adhered to and customer processes followed in systems architecture design phase. Integrate workflow and standards in consultation with IT team. Comply and subscribe to both organization and client specifications with respect to systems, procedures, and organization policies and requirements. Manage customer expectations effectively and efficiently. Create/maintain user documentation to support training and testing. Review parameter/business rules and change requests for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Must have a Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Civil Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, plus one year of IT experience. The one year of IT experience must include experience using Benefits Administration, Loyalty and Wellness Portal. In lieu of the above education and experience requirements, we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Civil Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, plus five years of progressive post-bachelor’s experience in the IT field. One year of the five years of progressive post-bachelor’s IT experience must include experience using Benefits Administration, Loyalty and Wellness Portal. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation required, to be reimbursed by employer.
