Test Manager (IT) needed in Troy, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the US to manage project delivery strategy planning and technical testing at all phases of product development. Manage project testing results, test documentation reviews, and testing process analysis, as well as implement improvements. Manage customer relationships, project resources, and finances. Must have Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, plus twelve months of IT experience. The twelve months of IT experience must include experience with either of the following skill sets: IBM Optim, Visio, and Agile Designer; or Sybase, MKS, and Java. In lieu of the above education and experience requirements, we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, plus five years of progressive post-bachelor’s IT experience. Twelve months of the five years of progressive post-bachelor’s IT experience must include experience with either of the following skill sets: IBM Optim, Visio, and Agile Designer; or Sybase, MKS, and Java. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation required, to be reimbursed by employer.
